At Camp Snap, we want you to capture every moment with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your screen-free camera, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include the charging cable to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Camp Snap camera and accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the device for hardware integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
